Tracking another cold night before a warm end to the weekend

TONIGHT

Solidly in the mid to upper 20's this morning, temperatures still have a bit to go before we see our high for Friday. Plenty of sunshine and a southwest wind will help get us back into the upper 30s. Tonight temperatures drop back into the teens with an arctic high pushing in some cold air overnight.

SATURDAY

This high pressure and cold air lingers early Saturday, limiting temperatures to the mid 30's for the first half of the weekend. Still, plenty of sunshine is expected well into Sunday.

EXTENDED

Speaking of Sunday, temperatures will go soaring into the upper 50’s to close out the weekend. We’ll hang on to the mild weather Monday before cooling down for the rest of the week. The low 60’s on Monday will give way to the 30’s by Wednesday for highs with rain chances to track in between. A few more disturbances will keep things interesting Wednesday and Thursday with cold air in place.
