Jefferson City man indicted by grand jury for rape

A Jefferson City man has been indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday for first degree rape, three counts of armed criminal action, two counts of first degree sodomy and first degree facilitating a felony.

Shawndell Miller was arrested last week after Jefferson City police were called to home for a possible intruder.

According to reports, a masked man, allegedly Miller, entered a Jefferson City home last week and sexually assaulted the victim. Reports also say that Miller was living at the home where he assaulted the victim.
