Tracking above average temperatures with a mid-week low system
Tonight: Temperatures will continue to cool overnight thanks to mostly clear skies into the lower '20s. Winds will change from the northwest back out of the southwest past midnight at 4-8 mph.
Tomorrow: Temperatures begin to warm above average into the upper '40s thanks to mostly clear skies and winds out of the southwest.
Extended: The warming trend continues Tuesday as cloud cover will slowly creep back in during the afternoon. Wednesday morning a low-pressure system from the west will bring increased chances of rain. Temperatures fall dramatically Wednesday night allowing for the northwestern parts of Central Missouri to see a possible change from rain to a wintry mix which will exit by Thursday afternoon.
