Dry Saturday, showers move in Sunday
We’ll have a chilly, dry start to the day Saturday with temperatures near 40 early and mostly cloudy skies. The clouds will break up a bit in the afternoon and temperatures will stay cool with an easterly wind to 10 mph. High temperatures will range from the mid 50s north of I-70 to the lower 60s at the Lake of the Ozarks Saturday.
A storm system will slowly pass to our south Sunday into Monday bringing our next round of showers. Sunday morning will be wet and cool with showers moving through and ending by early afternoon, giving us some dry time to get outdoors as temperatures climb into the low to mid 60s. Winds will come in from the southeast Sunday up to 10 mph.
Rainfall amounts will range from a tenth to a quarter inch east of HWY 63 with a quarter to half inch farther west Sunday. No severe weather is expected.
