Macks Creek man charged with child molestation, statutory sodomy

A Camden County Deputy responded to a location on Monday in Macks Creek because of a report of a 14-year-old female being sexually assaulted by a 49-year-old white male. The suspect was identified as Robie L. Nalley of Macks Creek.

During the investigation, the deputy found out that a second 14-year-old female may have also been sexually assaulted by Nalley.

Nalley is being held in the Camden County Detention Center. He is charged with one count of child molestation in the second degree and one count of statutory sodomy in the second degree. Nalley is being held on a cash only $300,000 bond.
