Hard freeze tonight, warming temperatures
TONIGHT: As skies clear, temperatures will fall to the upper teens overnight with wind chills dropping to 7-12 by morning with a diminishing northeasterly breeze.
WEDNESDAY: After a sunny, cold morning, it will be a chilly March afternoon with high temperatures near 40 as clouds increase late. Winds will stay under 5 mph, shifting to the southeast by evening.
EXTENDED: We’ll get back to more typical March weather as temperatures climb into the mid 50s Thursday under mostly cloudy skies. Showers and isolated t-storms are possible after 10 PM Thursday night through early Friday afternoon with a tenth of an inch of rain or less. Southerly winds will bring warmer air in Friday and into the weekend with high temperatures reaching near 60 Saturday and mid 60s Sunday with a slight rain chance.
