Lake Ozark police no longer searching for credit card fraud suspects

UPDATE 10:48 p.m.: According to the Lake Ozark Police Department’s Facebook page, police identified the suspects on Monday. Police have removed the post from their page.

Police said, “We appreciate everyone’s assistance on the previous regarding Menard’s fraud. The people in the photo have been identified and for their privacy, the post removed. You guys are always great helpers. All subjects innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”

ORIGINAL STORY: On Monday, the Lake Ozark Police Department asked the public for help in identifying suspects accused of fraudulent credit card activity.

Police said a man and a woman used a stolen credit card at Menards in January. The department shared the photos included in this article on their Facebook page today in hopes the two could be identified.
