Deputies respond to gunshots on Demaret Drive
Boone County deputies responded to a call about gunshots being heard in the 700 block of Demaret Drive around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
A sergeant at the scene said they found about four bullet holes in the apartment building.
He said that there were no witnesses, other than the person who heard the gunshots, and there were no injuries.
One neighbor said that they did not hear any gunshots.
The scene was cleared around 5:30 a.m.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department will continue to investigate the incident.
