Mid-Missouri will see another chance of snow for Sunday night
TONIGHT: Any snow that we saw during the afternoon hours will be drying out by the evening. Clouds will begin to dissipate leaving for clear skies. It will be a frigid night in mid-Mo since the clear skies will help temperatures drop below freezing. Tonight, a freeze warning is in effect. By the morning hours temperatures will be in the teens with light winds out of the northwest.
SUNDAY: It will be warmer Sunday with mostly sunny skies in the morning hours and increasing clouds by the early afternoon. The high will reach the upper 30s to lower 40s. A wintry mix moves in after 11 PM Sunday changing to snow into early Monday morning.
EXTENDED: During your Monday morning commute, there might be possible slick roads with minor snow accumulation possible. The snow will turn back to a mix of rain and snow and end as temperatures climb to the lower 40s Monday afternoon. Conditions will dry up by Tuesday with temperatures staying around the upper 30s and 40s, which is below the seasonal average. We will finally see conditions begin to warm up by next Friday with a slight chance of rain to follow.
