Columbia RadioShack to close this weekend

The Columbia location of RadioShack will be closing this weekend.

The company has filed for bankruptcy for the second time in two years. It plans to immediately closing 200 of its 1,500 stores. The company employs around 5,900 people, and the Columbia location employs four people.

RadioShack first filed for bankruptcy in 2015, which resulted in about 2,400 store closings.
