ORIGINAL STORY: Camdenton Police are investigating a post on social media

The department says it received a call Tuesday night around 8:45 p.m. about a post including a comment that stated “don’t come to school tomorrow.”

Police say investigators learned school officials had looked into an incident earlier in the day where students were allegedly discussing the Columbine school shooting. Police say officials addressed it and were unable to confirm a specific threat

Police say they questioned the student who made the post. They say he claimed he pulled the picture off the internet and that it was posted over a month ago.

Police say it is being investigated, but the post did not indicate a specific threat for Wednesday.
