Mizzou WBB falls on the road to Mississippi State

STARKVILLE, Miss. (KMIZ

The Mizzou women's basketball team came up short on the road against Mississippi State on Thursday night. The Bulldogs beat the Tigers 77-62 behind a game-high 27 points from Caterrion Thompson.

MU falls to 15-6 overall and 4-4 in the SEC.

Aijha Blackwell led the Tigers with 17 points and 16 rebounds.

Up next - MU will play at Alabama on Sunday at 5 p.m.
