No injuries after three-car crash in Jefferson City

No one is injured after a three-car crash in Jefferson City that partially blocked Highway 50.

It happened around 7:45 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 50 West.

According to Jefferson City Police, a 17-year-old driver rear-ended another car when traffic slowed. That car then rear-ended a third vehicle.

None of the drivers, nor the passenger in the third car, reported any injuries.

Police said one eastbound lane was closed for about 30 minutes due to traffic congestion during the morning.
