KIRKSVILLE, Mo. (AP) — Adair County authorities say a third person has died from wounds suffered in a shooting in Kirksville last month. Adair County Coroner Brian Noe told KTVO-TV that 18-year-old Alissa Anders, of Kirksville, died Tuesday at a Columbia hospital after being taken off life support. Anders was one of four people shot at a Kirksville apartment on Dec. 30. She was pregnant and her child was delivered alive before she died. Two of the victims, including an 18-month-old boy, died at the scene. Two Kirksville men, 52-year-old Ray Rijos and 22-year-old Anquan Glover, 22, are both charged with 14 felonies, including two counts of first-degree murder.
