Amber Alert canceled, child found safe

UPDATE 4:36 p.m.: The child has been found and was unharmed. The Amber Alert has been canceled.

ORIGINAL: An Amber Alert was issued Sunday afternoon after police said a 9-month-old boy was abducted by his father from the St. Louis area.

Police said Brian Scott Pullen was taken from 2200 Woodson Road in Overland around 11:30 a.m. He has brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue and white onesie outfit.

Authorities have identified the boy’s non-custodial father, Brian Keith Pullen, as a suspect in the abduction. Pullen is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He is 40 years old.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Pullen is a felon and a registered sex offender. Troopers said he was armed with a shotgun at the time of the abduction

Police said Pullen is driving a brown or maroon Hyundai or Nissan passenger vehicle and may be driving to Fairmont City, Illinois.

Authorities have also identified William V. Bowen, 37, as a possible suspect in the abduction. He is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has a tear drop tattoo under his left eye and another tattoo on the left side of his neck.
