TODAY: After a cold morning with with temperatures in the 30s and wind chills in the low 20s, temperatures will warm to 60 by noon with plenty of sun. A gusty southwest wind will bring an elevated fire risk from 11AM through 6PM where there is a Red Flag Warning in effect from HWY 36 and south. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged through Friday. TONIGHT: It’s clear with steady winds sustained near 8-10 mph with mild overnight lows in the mid 40s.
