TODAY: Southerly winds will bring moisture and warmer air into Mid-Missouri, allowing our Saturday to be mostly cloudy with temperatures increasing into the 60s. There is a slight chance for showers in the afternoon with the best chance for this rain existing in areas north and along I-70. Accumulation, if any, is expected to be less than 1/10″. By tonight, conditions will be dry with temperatures in the upper 50s.
SUNDAY: After a passing cold front, temperatures will cool down for Sunday. Morning temperatures will be coat-worthy in the lower 40s with the afternoon high reaching into the upper 50s. Our atmosphere will be drying out, allowing for sunny skies with some breezy conditions. Winds will be out of the northwest around 8-11 mph.
EXTENDED: Next week will be calm and will start off quiet with high temperatures in the upper 40s to lower 50s and nights dropping to near 30. It looks mainly dry next week with slightly above the seasonal mid-February temperatures. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
