Red Flag Warning Friday February 10
A Red Flag warning will be valid from 9AM through 6PM this afternoon and tonight. Due to low relative humidity under 30%, strong southwesterly winds gusting to 30-35 mph during the afternoon and temperatures rising to the mid 60s, outdoor burning should be avoided in counties shaded in pink, mainly from HWY 50 and south.
A Red Flag Warning means that there is critical fire weather today, and any fires that do develop will have the potential to spread rapidly and become uncontrollable. For additional weather updates follow @ABC17Stormtrack on Twitter.
