One person handcuffed outside south Columbia GameStop
ABC 17 News was working to find out what led to a man being handcuffed in south Columbia Monday night.
Emergency responders were called to the GameStop off Grindstone Parkway for a medical emergency just before 7:50 p.m.
When ABC 17 News crews arrived on the scene, one man had been handcuffed and was being questioned.
An ambulance, Columbia Police Department vehicle and a Duncan Police Department vehicle were on scene.
