QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should the Supreme Court put workplace vaccination mandates on hold?

Amaury Laporte / CC BY 2.0

Some states, including Missouri, and business groups argued Friday before the U.S. Supreme Court that a vaccine-or-test requirement for large workplaces and a vaccine mandate for many health care workers should be put on hold.

The court heard arguments over several hours Friday morning in a special emergency session, with key dates in each mandate coming up soon.

The federal government argues the mandates are within its legal authority and that they're needed to protect workers and patients from the coronavirus.

Do you think the court should put the mandates on hold? Vote in the poll below.
