Many call it the "Big Lie" -- the claim pushed by former president Donald Trump and his allies that the election was rigged in favor of President Joe Biden.

The claims persist a year after they inspired a riot at the Capitol, despite scores of failed lawsuits and a lack of proof of widespread fraud that could affect the outcome.
