Columbia VFW shooting suspect sentenced to prison

A Boonville man is sentenced Tuesday in Boone County Court for a 2015 shooting at the VFW post in Columbia.

Louis Green Jr., 22, will spend the next four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections prison system.

Green pleaded guilty to a felony count of second-degree assault after he shot four people at party last September.

Prosecutors on the case said they had little support from the victims in the shooting.
