Man arrested for molesting juvenile for the past year
Officers were dispatched to a child molestation in the 4300 block of Brown Station Road.
The female victim, 14, had been sexually abused by Courtney Bogart. The victim and Bogart are related by marriage.
The victim reported that Bogart had been inappropriately touching her genital area and digital penetration for the past year.
Bogart was arrested on Monday for first and second degree child molestation.
