MFA Oil to build new fueling station and retail location in Moberly

A new retail Break Time location is coming to Moberly.

In an announcement by the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation, Break Time, a division of MFA Oil, has committed to building a new location at the intersection of Highway 63, and Route M. The development will include a restaurant, convenience store, fuel pumps, as well as parking stalls and amenities for semi-trucks. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The new location will be on the northeast corner of the intersection, and will include 6,000 square feet of retail space.

According to MAEDC President Corey Mehaffy, demolition on the two structures currently on the site is expected to begin immediately depending on weather conditions, and full construction is expected in early 2017.
