Judge declares mistrial for rape near University Hall
The judge declared a mistrial on Friday for Mostafa after the jury was unable to agree on a verdict.
Last year, Mohamed Mostafa was accused of raping a woman near University Hall.
On Thursday, ABC 17 News had crews in the courtroom during the trials. The jury went into recess after several hours of deliberation.
Mostafa also took the stand Thursday, claiming that the victim was drinking downtown before she came onto him.
