Private aircraft makes emergency landing near Mount Sterling

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a small private fixed wing aircraft made an emergency landing close to Mount Sterling in Gasconade County on Friday morning. There are no reported injuries.

The cause of the emergency landing as well as who was on board is still unclear.
