Man assaults victim with a knife, charged with second degree assault

Officers were called to an assault in the 3900 block of Clark Lane.

The male victim said that he was sitting in his vehicle outside of Jeffery Michael Lemley’s house when Lemley came up to his passenger side door with an open knife and threatened to kill him.

According to the official release, the victim said Lemley put the knife to his throat and continued to say he was going to kill him. The victim had a small cut approximately 1.5 inches in length to the side of his neck.

Lemley was arrested on Nov. 12 in the 3900 block of Clark Lane for second degree assault.
