Norm Stewart Classic to continue throughout Saturday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Norm Stewart Classic, a high school basketball tournament consisting of 48 hours straight of basketball, is set to continue throughout Saturday. The tournament consists of over 25 matchups.

The tournament was created by legendary University of Missouri men's basketball coach, Norm Stewart, and is partnered with the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association in order to raise money for the American Cancer Society and Special Olympics Missouri.

One-day passes are still available for purchase, on the tournament's official website. The tournament is being held at Mizzou Arena.

A full schedule of the games as well as a program with all teams participating is also available on the tournament's website.

Mid-Missouri teams participating in the classic include Jefferson City, Battle, Fulton, South Calloway, Helias, Rock Bridge, Tolton, Mexico, Osage and Hickman among others.
