Car crashes into west Columbia home

The Columbia Fire Department responded after a car crashed into a west Columbia home on Monday afternoon.

According to the city’s 911 Fire & Rescue website, at least eight units were dispatched to the 1000 block of Rainbow Trout Circle around 12:39 p.m.

The fire department said that everyone inside of the home and the driver were uninjured in the crash.

A minor amount of damage was done to the home, but the total cost of damage hasn’t been released by investigators.

ABC 17 News has reached out the Columbia Fire Department to find out how the crash happened.
