UPDATE: Police tell ABC17 the suspect who stole the vehicle is Michael Key. When Key noticed officers were attempting to pull him over, he started running stop signs and failed to stop for a red light. Key ran off the road and hit a concrete pole in the 1300 block of Garth Avenue.

Key proceeded to crawl out of the drivers side window and took off running eastbound. Officers were then able to find him hiding in bushes in the 1400 block of Indiana Ave shortly after.
