Traffic signal out at Stadium and I-70

Traffic signals were out in west Columbia Thursday morning after storms rolled through mid-Missouri.

ABC 17 News first started getting reports the signals were out around 7:00am.

Our ABC 17 News crews took video of the outage. They say they did not see officers directing traffic and said cars were just treating the signal like a stop sign.

The outage is impacting the diverging diamond interchange, causing back-ups in the area.

ABC 17 News is working to find out when crews will restore the signals.
