Driver arrested for DUI after rollover crash in Morgan County

Less than an hour after the Labor Day holiday counting period began, a man was arrested for DUI in Morgan County.

It happened just before 5 p.m. yesterday evening on Miller Road, 0.4 miles south of Miller Lane.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the car ran off the right side of the roadway, flipped and then came to as stop on its wheels.

The driver, 50-year-old Glennail D Wolford of Versailles, was then arrested for careless and imprudent vehicle operation resulting in a crash as well as driving while intoxicated.

Wolford was transported to the hospital with moderate injuries.

The highway patrol’s counting period for the holiday weekend started Friday at 6 p.m. and goes through 11:59 p.m. Monday.
