Traffic Alert: Rollover crash involving a semi blocking I-70 Dr. Southeast

UPDATE 8:30 am: Crews have cleared the semi off the roadway and I-70 Drive Southeast is back open.

UPDATE 6:45am: Boone County EMA sent an alert saying drivers should expect the road to stay closed for the next three hours.

UPDATE 5:45 am: Officials have shut down I-70 Drive Southeast and are working to clear the scene.

A FedEx truck was involved in the crash and there were no injuries.

The road is blocked starting at East Park Drive at the 133 mile marker.

ORIGINAL: A semi rollover crash has the entire entrance to I-70 Drive Southeast blocked in Columbia.

It happened around 4:40 a.m. Tuesday morning.

It’s unclear if there are any injuries, but an ABC 17 News Crew is headed to the scene to gather information.

If you take I-70 Drive Southeast for the morning commute, you’ll want to find an alternate route.
