Job Description:

The successful candidate’s duties will include generating story ideas, follow up on News leads, monitor breaking news, coordinate reporting crews and take an active role in assigning content for local network affiliate’s News department.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-platform newsroom. Critical thinking skills, resourcefulness and the ability to multi-task are a must. Good communication, organization and leadership are also key to this position. Candidate must have a valid Missouri driver’s license and pass a drug test and background check.
