Mexico man arrested on suspicion of having drugs, gun

Authorities in Mexico have arrested a man on suspicion of having drugs, including methamphetamine and prescription pills.

On Wednesday evening, members of the East Central Drug Task Force carried out a search warrant at a home on Western Street. During the search, officers reported finding meth, Adderall, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun.

They arrested Douglas Druger, 38, for distributing meth, possession of Adderall and paraphernalia, unlawful used of a weapon, resisting arrest, assault on a law enforcement officer, and tampering with evidence.

Charges have not been filed as of Thursday morning.
