Crash on I-70 EB near mile marker 137 causing back up

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirms its officers are working a crash on Interstate 70 eastbound.

It happened around 1:30 Thursday afternoon, near mile marker 137.

MoDOT cameras showed traffic was slowed in the area due to the wreck.

Viewers reported seeing a helicopter land near the scene of the crash, however ABC 17 News has no confirmed this with authorities.
