Contractor charged with fraud, theft to appear in court
Ken Jinson is scheduled to appear in Cole Court Tuesday afternoon on eight charges of deceptive business practice and theft.
ABC 17 News has covered Jinson’s story extensively since he was first arrested in May 2015.
Several of his former customers contacted our reporters, saying they were ripped off and never got their money returned.
ABC 17 News will have a reporter in the courtroom Monday as the case against Jinson moves forward.
