Crash backing up traffic at I-70 and Route J in Callaway County

A car crash is backing up traffic on I-70 Westbound at the Millersburg exit in Callaway County.
An ABC 17 News crew on scene said traffic is backing up about a mile and traffic is down to one lane.
ABC 17 News is working on confirming if any injuries have been reported.
