LIVE: Slain Dallas police officers to be honored

President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush are the featured speakers at a memorial for the Dallas police officers killed in the line of duty last week.

Chief David Brown of the Dallas Police Department is also scheduled to speak.

The service is set to begin at 1 p.m.
