One killed, three injured in Miller County crash
A St. Robert man died in a car crash Sunday afternoon in Miller County.
The crash happened around 1:50 p.m. on Highway 17, just south of Route C.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Jonathan Moore, 21, was driving southbound when he started to drive off the right side of the road.
Troopers said Moore overcorrected and hit an embankment on the left side of the highway, which caused the car to flip several times.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers were ejected from the car. According to the crash report, they weren’t wearing seat belts. Both were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Another passenger was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
