Broadway Bluffs Drive back open after gas line damaged
UPDATE: Broadway Bluffs Drive was back open Friday night after a damaged gas line forced crews to shut it down earlier in the day.
ORIGINAL: Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the intersection of Broadway Bluffs Drive and Trimble Road after a gas line in the area was damaged. Workers at the scene tell ABC 17 News Broadway will likely be closed for several hours as they work to repair the damage.
It’s not clear what caused the damage. A section of road in the area is buckling as well, with what appear to be a few cracks forming in the road.
