Woman arrested for repeatedly calling 911, making a terroristic threat

A woman faces charges after she was arrested for repeatedly calling 911.

37-year-old Amy Blake reportedly called Boone County Joint Communications Monday morning to say a dispatcher had hurt her. She then allegedly yelled and cursed at the 911 operator.

Later on, she called 911 back saying she wanted to press charges because no one helped her after the first call, and she allegedly yelled obscenities again.

An officer then called Blake to instruct her to stop calling, and she yelled and cursed at the officer as well. That’s when he told her that if she called again, she would be arrested.

Blake ended up doing just that, and this time, she threatened to “blow up” 911.

Blake is now charged with misusing 911 and making a terrorist threat.
