Two arrested in connection to strong armed robbery in Fulton
Two men were facing possible charges Monday after they were arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault.
The Fulton police department says they got reports Saturday that a strong armed robbery and assault had taken place at an address on Kleewood Avenue in Fulton.
The 18-year-old male victim apparently told Fulton Police Aaron Strickland and Nolan McGrath had assaulted him and stole his cell phone.
With the assistance of the Jefferson City Police Department, Fulton police say both Strickland and McGrath were found in Jefferson City.
Strickland and McGrath now face possible charges of Robbery 2nd degree and Assault 3rd degree. ABC 17 News checked Monday, and neither were formally charged according to public records.
Fulton police say Strickland was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $50,000.00. McGrath has a bond of $25,000.00.
