Jefferson City teen seriously injured in ATV crash

A 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon after an ATV crash in Callaway County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the crash happened around 2 p.m. in the Wildwood Estates.

Troopers said the teen was driving the ATV when he hit an embankment, which caused the ATV to overturn.

He was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.
