Police: Man found fatally shot inside vehicle in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Police say a man has died after being found with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle on a Kansas City street. Police say in a news release that officers found the man around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in a car on the eastern edge of the Blue Hills neighborhood. The man was taken to a hospital, where police say he died overnight. Police have not yet released the man’s name. Detectives and forensics staff processed the scene for evidence and canvased the area for witnesses, but no arrests have been announced.
