Lafayette St. interchange coould affect Thursday traffic
Drivers in Jefferson City could expect delays Thursday morning.
Crews are set to close the Route 50/63 off-ramp to Clark Avenue at 8:30 a.m.
They are putting up a sound wall as part of the Lafayette St. interchange project.
The ramp is expected to stay closed until about 3:00 p.m.
The $20 million project also includes improving six bridges along Whitton Expressway from Monroe Street to Lafayette Street and from Lafayette to Clark Avenue and the addition of one lane in that area.
