Taxi Terry driver recovering after rollover crash on Highway 63

A Mid-Missouri taxi driver is recovering this morning after a crash in Boone County.

It happened Friday evening around 9:30 on southbound Highway 63 near Turkey Creek.

The Boone County and Southern Boone County Fire Protection Districts responded to the crash involving a vehicle from business Taxi Terry’s.

Taxi Terry’s confirmed the wreck involved one driver. No customers were involved.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report shows one crash in Boone County around 9:30 p.m. Friday night. According to the crash report, the vehicle went on the left side of the road, struck a median cable and then overturned.

The driver of that vehicle was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.

We check Saturday morning and he has been released.
