This Week with House Speaker Todd Richardson

House Speaker Todd Richardson, R-Poplar Bluff, is approaching his anniversary as the presiding officer of the Missouri House of Representatives.

He assumed office after a scandal involving his predecessor, and is well aware of the extra scrutiny on his office and the conduct and activities of all Missouri lawmakers.

Speaker Richardson and some of his colleagues have made ethics reform a top priority in the current session, saying citizens of this state deserve respect and should be represented by legislators dedicated to serving voters’ best interests.
