Centralia man accused of leading police on chase pleads not guilty

A Centralia man accused of leading authorities on a dangerous chase has pleaded not guilty.

Jason Fuget was charged in January with two counts of assault and one count of resisting arrest.

According to court documents previously obtained by ABC 17 News, Fuget refused to pull over when stopped by police. He then led authorities on a chase down Collier Street.

The documents say Fuget struck cars, trees, signs and poles in the process.

His arraignment took place on Thursday. A trial date has not been scheduled.
