20-year-old woman shot and killed in St. Louis suburb

O’FALLON, Mo. (AP) — A 20-year-old woman was shot and killed in a St. Louis suburb early Sunday. Police said the shooting was reported shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of North Main Street in O’Fallon. The woman was taken to a hospital where she later died. Her name was not immediately released. O’Fallon Police Sgt. Robert Kendall said investigators were still talking to someone who was in the home at the time of the shooting on Sunday afternoon. Police did not immediately release other details about the shooting.
